How to play

  1. Tap PLAY on the menu.
  2. A floor slides left and right above your tower. Tap anywhere to drop it.
  3. Line it up with the floor below. A perfect landing keeps the full width; an overhang trims away.
  4. Each landed floor scores one point and the next floor moves a little faster. Miss completely and the run ends.

The menu

  • PLAY: start a new run.
  • Sound: toggle the landing sound on or off. Your choice is remembered.
  • Credits: engine, font and logo credits with their licenses.
  • EXIT: close the game.

During a run

  • The pause button at the top left freezes the game. From there you can continue or return to the menu.
  • If you leave the app mid-run, the game pauses itself.
  • The bar at the bottom shows a hint and a sound toggle.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need the internet?
No. Pocket Skyline works fully offline and has no internet permission.
Is there any purchase or advertising?
No. There are no ads and no in-app purchases.
Where is my best score saved?
Only on your phone, in the app's private storage. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
The game closed when I pressed back.
On the menu, the back button exits the game. During a run it pauses instead, so you never lose a tower by accident.
