By installing or playing Pocket Skyline you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
2. Your licence to play
Devaarth Studios gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and play Pocket Skyline on your own devices for non-commercial use.
3. Cost
Pocket Skyline is free. It has no ads and no in-app purchases.
4. Fair use
Please do not copy, resell, decompile or redistribute the game, its art or its code without written permission.
5. Your scores
Your personal best and settings are stored only on your device. We do not receive them.
6. Updates and changes
We may update the game or these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
7. No warranty
Pocket Skyline is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Devaarth Studios is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the game.
9. Credits and intellectual property
Game design, art direction and code by Devaarth Studios. Made with Godot Engine (godotengine.org, MIT licence). The Godot logo is used under CC BY 4.0, unchanged, with no endorsement implied. The Noto Sans fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
